When you open an account on wisma, you agree to the terms set out here. We at wisma operate an online gaming and sportsbook platform available where local law permits. Your use of our service—whether via mobile app, web browser, or desktop—is conditional on accepting these terms.

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment terms on wisma
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and Indonesian bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Minimum deposit is fifty thousand rupiah; maximum is fifty million per transaction. Deposits are typically credited within two minutes for e-wallets and one to two business days for bank transfers. There are no deposit fees on wisma.
Before you withdraw, your account must be verified. Verification requires a photo ID and proof of address. Once verified, you can request a withdrawal at any time. During public holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, bank processing may be delayed. Withdrawals may take an additional one to two business days. Your deposit balance is your property; you can withdraw it at any time, even if you have not played any games.
Game rules and settlement on wisma

Dispute resolution and complaints on wisma

We are not liable for loss of winnings or balance due to technical failures, internet outages, device failures, or user error. We are not liable for delays in payment processing by banks or e-wallet providers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of wisma.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim. This is the maximum we will pay in any dispute, regardless of the nature of the claim.
