Account and registration

To verify your wisma account, we require a government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) and proof of address. Proof of address can be a utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months. Upload clear photos of both documents via the wisma app or web portal in your account settings.

Verification usually completes within four hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09.00–rules Jakarta time). If documents are unclear or incomplete, our support team will request a resubmission. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw without restriction.

wisma does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. All deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) are credited to your balance with no deduction. Withdrawals are also processed with no wisma fee.

Note that your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees for transfers. These fees are outside our control and will be deducted by your financial provider. We recommend checking your bank or e-wallet terms before making a withdrawal.

If you forget your wisma password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the member login page. Enter your registered email address or username. We will send a password reset link to your email within five minutes.

Click the reset link, enter a new password (minimum eight characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a symbol), and confirm it. Your password will be updated immediately. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Payments and transactions

Minimum deposit on wisma is our welcome offer. Maximum deposits vary by payment method: e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) support up to our welcome offer per transaction, and bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) support up to our welcome offer per day.

Most deposits appear in your wisma balance within minutes. E-wallet transactions are typically instant; bank transfers may take one to two hours depending on your bank. If your deposit does not appear within two hours, contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal times depend on your chosen payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) are processed in one to three hours. Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) take one to two business days, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

All withdrawals are subject to account verification and fraud checks. wisma does not process withdrawals on public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated window, email [email protected] with your withdrawal request ID.

Promotion codes on wisma are entered during registration or in your account settings after login. During sign-up, look for a "Promotion code" field on the registration form. Enter the code before completing your account creation.

If you have an existing account, go to Account Settings → Promotions → Enter Code. Paste your promotion code and click Claim. The offer will be credited to your account immediately if valid. Contact support if you are unsure whether a code has already been used or if you encounter an error when claiming a promotion.

Game rules and markets

Yes. wisma offers a demo mode for most slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) and some live-dealer tables. Demo mode gives you play money with no real stakes. Use it to learn game rules before depositing.

To access demo mode, visit the Game Demo page or select "Play for Free" in the game lobby. Demo play does not require an account. Demo money resets when you exit; winnings in demo mode are not paid out. Once you open a wisma account and deposit, you can switch to real-money play.

wisma covers Liga 1 (Indonesian domestic league), Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and World Cup qualifying matches. We also cover MotoGP and badminton tournaments.

Live-dealer tables on wisma feature real dealers in HD video studios. Games include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. You place bets via the wisma app or web interface while watching a live feed from the dealer's table.

Bet limits vary by table (typically our welcome offer to our welcome offer per hand). Rounds last 30–120 seconds depending on the game. Results are final once the dealer closes the betting window. Security and account care
