wisma Privacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use wisma and how we keep that data protected. We at wisma take your privacy seriously. Your personal information, payment details, and account activity are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we share information only where necessary to process your account or comply with legal obligations.

Our privacy policy applies to all users of wisma—whether you access us via mobile app, web browser, or desktop. It covers account registration, gameplay, withdrawals, customer support, and analytics.

Read this policy to understand your rights and our responsibilities regarding your data.

What data we collect on wisma

We collect information in several categories. During account registration, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. We also collect your postal address and identity document details (ID number, issue date, expiry date) during verification.

We collect payment information when you deposit or withdraw. For e-wallet deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, we record the transaction ID, timestamp, and amount. For bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, we record your account number, bank name, and transfer details. We do not store your full bank account number or e-wallet password.

We collect gameplay data: every bet you place, game you play, winnings you earn, and balance changes. We track your login times, IP address, device type, and browser. We also record support tickets, chat messages, and account modifications. This data helps us detect fraud, resolve disputes, and improve our service.

We use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, similar services) to understand how users navigate wisma. These tools collect non-personal data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your data on wisma

We use your personal data to operate your wisma account. We verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, settle bets, and handle support requests. We also use your data to detect fraud, money laundering, and account abuse. Compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) screening is mandatory; we cross-check your information against known fraud databases.

We send you account notifications via email or SMS: login alerts, deposit confirmations, withdrawal approvals, and support responses. We may also send promotional messages about new games or tournaments available on wisma. You can opt out of promotional messages in your account settings, but transactional messages (withdrawal confirmations, etc.) cannot be disabled.

We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve wisma's performance. For example, we analyze which games are popular in Jakarta versus Surabaya, or payment method trends during Idul Fitri season. This data helps us optimize our platform and server capacity, but it does not identify you personally.

Note: We never share your personal data with marketers, advertisers, or other third parties for their own use. We share data only with payment processors, hosting providers, and legal authorities when required.

Third-party processors and your data

Our payment processors (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and Indonesian banks) receive your payment information to execute transactions. These providers have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Our hosting provider stores our servers in data centers, some of which may be located outside Indonesia. Your data may therefore be processed outside your jurisdiction. However, we encrypt all sensitive data (passwords, ID numbers, payment details) at rest and in transit, so third-party access is not possible.

We use email delivery services to send account notifications. These services have access to your email address and notification content but not your payment or gameplay data. We also use customer support tools (ticketing systems, chat platforms) to manage your queries. Support staff can see your account history, transaction records, and support messages, but they are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We comply with Indonesian data protection law and international standards. If you believe your data has been misused, you can lodge a complaint with the Indonesia Data Protection Agency or contact us directly at the email listed in the Contact section below.

How long we keep your data

We retain your account data (name, email, address, ID) for as long as your account is active, plus seven years after account closure. This retention period is required by Indonesian financial regulations for tax and AML purposes.

Gameplay data (bets, winnings, balances) is retained for seven years. Support tickets and chat messages are retained for two years unless they are relevant to an ongoing dispute or investigation, in which case we retain them indefinitely.

If you request account closure, we mark your account as closed but retain your data for the retention periods stated above. We do not delete your data earlier, as we may need it to investigate disputes, comply with regulatory inquiries, or detect fraud patterns.

Your rights regarding wisma data

You have the right to access your personal data. Log in to wisma and view your account information, transaction history, and profile. You can also request a data export from our support team; we provide it within ten business days.

You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your name, address, or phone number is wrong, update it in your account settings or contact support. You have the right to request deletion of non-essential data, subject to our retention obligations. For example, we can delete your phone number if you provide an alternative contact method.

You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications. Unsubscribe from promotional emails and SMS via your account settings. You have the right to lodge a complaint with us or with a data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Data security and encryption on wisma

We encrypt all personal data, payment information, and passwords using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Your password is hashed and salted before storage; we cannot retrieve it even if our servers are compromised. Your identity documents are stored in encrypted vaults separate from gameplay records.

We use firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits to protect against unauthorized access. Our servers are monitored twenty-four hours a day. If we detect suspicious activity, we alert our security team and investigate immediately.

However, no security system is perfect. If you believe wisma has experienced a data breach affecting you, we will notify you by email or SMS within seventy-two hours and provide guidance on protective steps. We will also cooperate with law enforcement and data protection authorities.

We at wisma respect your privacy. Your data is encrypted, your account is secure, and your personal information will never be sold.
