Download paths for wisma
We offer three routes to access wisma on mobile:
Android APK: We host the installer file on our servers. Download it directly to your phone, then tap Install. Android 7.0 and later are supported. You must enable "Unknown Sources" in security settings before installation. The APK file is signed and verified; it is safe to install.
iOS Web App: Open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone or iPad, visit wisma.app, and tap "Add to Home Screen." A shortcut appears on your home screen. Tap it to launch the web app in full-screen mode. No App Store download required. iOS 12.0 and later are supported.
Web Browser: Visit wisma.app on any phone browser—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. The responsive design adapts to any screen size. Bookmarking the site lets you return quickly.

Create or log into your wisma account
Enter your email, create a strong password, and verify your mobile number. If you already have an account, log in instead.

Upload ID and complete verification
Take a photo of your ID card (front and back) and upload it. Verification typically completes within one to two hours during business hours.

Make your first deposit and start playing
Choose your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your balance updates immediately.
App versus browser on wisma
The native Android app offers faster startup, offline game loading, and lower bandwidth usage. The app caches game assets on first load, so subsequent sessions use less mobile data. Push notifications arrive on your phone immediately—no need to open a browser. The app also stores your login session more reliably, so you stay signed in even after closing the app. During high-traffic events (Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF tournaments), the app's local cache prevents timeouts.
The iOS web app and browser paths offer identical features but no offline caching. Both reload assets each session, using slightly more data. However, both work on any device without installation friction. If you switch phones frequently or share devices, the browser is simpler—no installation step, just visit the URL. All three paths sync instantly: a withdrawal started on the app completes on the browser, and vice versa.
Device requirements for wisma
Our Android app runs on Android 7.0 (API level 24) and above. Most phones sold after 2016 meet this requirement. If your phone is older, use the web browser instead—it works on Android 4.4 and up. The iOS web app requires iOS 12.0 or later. iPhone 6 and newer, and iPad Air and newer, are supported. If your iOS device is older, you can still use the browser at wisma.app. We test our app on the most common devices in Indonesia—Samsung Galaxy series, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, and iPhone models—to ensure performance and stability across brands.
Common installation issues and fixes
If your Android phone blocks the APK download with a "security warning," enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings → Security. Android requires explicit permission to install apps from outside the official Play Store. Our APK is signed with a certificate and scanned for malware, so it is safe. If the APK does not install after download, clear your phone's cache (Settings → Storage → Cached Data → Clear), then try again. If installation still fails, uninstall any previous version of wisma first, then retry. For iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, make sure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that the browser is updated. If the web app loads slowly on first launch, check your internet connection—we recommend 3G or faster. The first load downloads game assets; subsequent loads are instantaneous. Clearing your browser cache can sometimes solve performance issues on mobile Safari.
Data, permissions, and security on wisma
Our Android app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, storage (to cache games and documents), camera (for ID verification), and microphone (for live chat with support). We do not use your location, contacts, or call logs. Permissions are requested only when needed—ID upload triggers the camera request, for example. You can review and revoke permissions in Settings → Apps → wisma → Permissions at any time. Your account password is never stored on your phone; wisma uses encrypted session tokens instead. If your phone is stolen, log in from another device and change your password; your old session will be invalidated immediately. We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3. Your payment information (card number, e-wallet credentials) is never stored on your phone—only your account balance and recent transactions are cached locally. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi holidays, our servers remain online; withdrawals may take longer due to bank closures, but your balance is always accessible.
