Getting wisma onto your phone
You can access wisma on any Android device running version 8 or later. We offer two paths: direct app download from our site, or mobile browser access. Both routes land you at the same account and game library.

Low-data mode and offline features
The wisma app detects your connection speed and adjusts streaming quality automatically. On 3G or weak 4G, video bitrate drops to 480p; on stronger 4G or WiFi, it scales to 720p or 1080p. You can also lock the bitrate manually if you want to conserve data.
Slot games and static pages (account dashboard, transaction history, rules) load from cache. This means if you open the app without data for a few seconds, you can still see your account balance and game library—though you cannot place bets or spin until connectivity returns.
Live tables require continuous connection. If you lose signal mid-game, the app pauses immediately and attempts to reconnect. Once connection is restored, you rejoin the table with your bets intact (assuming less than thirty seconds have passed). Disconnections lasting longer than thirty seconds close your session and return you to the lobby.
The app runs on older devices too. If you have a mid-range Android from five or six years ago, wisma will still load and play. Performance slows under heavy load, but core features—live tables, slots, payments—remain available.
Availability and jurisdiction notice
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. wisma does not offer services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.
If you are accessing wisma from outside a supported region, you may encounter a block. The app checks your location on launch. If you are in a restricted jurisdiction, the app will display a message and prevent login. VPNs or location spoofing do not bypass these controls—our system detects them and enforces the restriction regardless.
